pcActivity Refund and Cancellation Policy
30-day money-back: if pcActivity isn't right for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and you get a full refund. No questions asked.
1. The free trial comes first
Every company starts with a 14-day free trial for up to 10 PCs. No card is needed. If you don't add a card, nothing is ever charged.
2. Getting a refund
- Email [email protected] (or [email protected] for billing) from your account's email within 30 days of your first payment. This applies to monthly and yearly plans.
- We refund the full amount to the card you paid with. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- After a refund, the subscription is cancelled and the agents stop recording.
3. After the first 30 days
- Later payments, including renewals, aren't refunded for the unused part of a period, unless the law requires it.
- You can cancel anytime in Account › Billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the paid period and then stops. It doesn't renew.
- Removing PCs lowers your price from the next renewal. There's no credit for the current period.
- If we charged you by mistake, such as twice or after you cancelled, we refund it in full whenever you tell us.
4. Please talk to us first
If something looks wrong on your statement, email us before you dispute the charge with your bank. We usually fix it faster. pcActivity charges appear as CODERTO* PCACTIVITY or similar, depending on your bank, because pcActivity is a product of CoderTo, LLC.
